- People, people are the greatest assets. However, I strongly believe that most valuable employees will leave soon - Social events, they bring people together - Modern offices
Cons
- Culture, to be more specific, lack of it from the Executive Team, not that lots of them left… and this will bring another valid point - HR Director with no experience in even working within a business setting is a blast that will burn its people out - Promoting bullying and harassment daily, including bringing the aggressor back to the company! - lack of any channels for employees to raise your complaints, if you have any questions, you're more likely not to have a job very soon - your word means nothing - if you're not the one to blame, blame is yours! Accountability is a core value; you will be accountable for your boss's wrongdoing! - thinking is usually not allowed; do what you are told - Are there bad reviews here? Lets get some “trustworthy” stuff to add some good ones! Or you're gone - mental well-being, you will do well far away - Big Brother setting - they are listening
