They take interview, selects the candidate, but they don't give offer letter and makes excuses that their management has to decide.

Pros

Good if you ready for stay backs and give output on time. On time that means on time, otherwise you'll fired.

Cons

Work on old technology. Some of managers will never support you even in technology perspective, they will even never tell you whats going in application. Worst coding pattern, no coding standard. Still they are using vb. Net and classical asp.
