Pros
It was a great little family-owned company. Great pay and benefits. Great people who do amazing work. Unfortunately, it was bought out by Taylor Corp, and then everything changed.
Cons
After being purchased by Taylor Corp it has continue a slow death spiral. Has laid off 1/4 of the staff and cut benefits and continues to lose money. I don't see how it will make it past 2026.
