      Pros

      Free lunches. Had a chance to work with good people(They were few). Great work/life balance. Flexible WFH policy.

      Cons

      Current management have no clue how to run a company(Missed previous management badly when I was working). Almost everybody in management under-estimate overseas teams. Management completely lacks foresight.
