Can't handle people with high salaries. You will be fired as soon as your replacement is found. Beware... join only if you can work in low salary, or just avoid hiring in your team, as much as you can.

-Highest merit increase 3% -company owned by a private equity company (not American owned) and ran by board/CFO -CFO makes all the decisions, leaving people under paid besides upper management -company having to create new processes, wearing multiple hats and not paid for it -no equity in company -cheapest company… do not expect to make a lot or think you will. They will undercut your pay and try to sell it to you. False promises and weak management -eventually ActiGraph will be sold to the the highest bidder with in the next 5 years.
