Pros

None i can recall i would say

Cons

Major Issues in the Organization 1️⃣ Bias & Favoritism Employees are treated unequally based on personal affiliations rather than merit. Some directors hold positions solely due to their ties with board members and wouldn’t qualify for entry-level jobs otherwise. 2️⃣ Lack of Leadership & Vision The management lacks direction and fails to set a clear path for the organization. Decisions are short-sighted and driven by personal interests rather than strategic goals. 3️⃣ Unethical Hiring & Promotion Practices The hiring process is skewed, favoring certain individuals rather than selecting the best talent. Lobbying plays a bigger role than qualifications, and deserving employees are often overlooked. 4️⃣ Toxic Work Culture Blame-shifting and scapegoating are common, with employees unfairly targeted for failures caused by leadership decisions. There is no proper induction process, leading to confusion and inefficiencies for new hires. Double standards from the CEO further demotivate employees. 5️⃣ Integrity & Ethical Concerns The organization engages in deceptive practices, including pump-and-dump scams and fabricating datasets to mislead stakeholders. Conclusion This workplace suffers from poor leadership, unethical practices, and a toxic culture that rewards favoritism over merit. Unless fundamental changes are made, I would not recommend working here.

Pros

Employee recieve their salary on time.

Cons

People with medicore mindset, Especially the senior management. HR-Director and CEO are not visionary and create trouble for smallest of the issues. HR-Director is unprofessional and requires a soft-skill training. The organization does not reflect international standards anymore.
