Toxic management, consistent micro management. Managers often throw people under the bus to cover up their short comings. Things are very one sided when it comes to human resources or any meaningful follow up with issues with upper management, very heavy handed to anyone who speaks up.

Toxic workplace culture with rampant micromanagement, poor communication, and a lack of trust in employees. Leadership is reactive, not strategic - often unprofessional and dismissive of staff input. High turnover is ignored rather than addressed. Minimal growth opportunities and no meaningful support for staff wellbeing. Mission-driven work is undermined by internal dysfunction.
