Comfortable working environment Small company working efficiently without bureaucracies No office politics Manager was a leader rather than a "boss" Company has patience and resources to cultivate entry level SDE Good wlb The structure was flat, new comers can talk to seniors easily

Technology was kinda outdated Not enough work (but this was many years ago, not sure about now) Pay was not that high
