      nothing about this company is good.

      Hire-and-fire culture — very little job security. No real work-life balance, long hours are often expected. Top-down management style, limited say for employees. Shouting and unprofessional behavior in meetings, creating a stressful environment. Micromanagement and lack of trust in employees’ decisions. Culture feels toxic, not supportive of learning or growth. Promotions and recognition are inconsistent or biased.
