Pros

At Acutedge, they believe that nonprofits do amazing things that impact the world for good and their small team builds Salesforce solutions to help them amplify that good in big ways. The size of the team creates a level of intimacy you won't get from bigger companies and it allows for individuals to carve out their own niche and excel. The team works hard to build trust and is committed to excellence with each other and with the clientele. They strive to foster connections and creating a space where individuals can have a voice while providing them meaningful work.

Cons

Working with a small team requires flexibility, creativity, humility and an ability to work independently and it may not be for everyone. But, if you possess those traits, you can be successful at Acutedge.

Pros

Acutedge consists of a diverse team, who are passionate about our mission and solutions. It has been my experience that the CEO is highly interested in the companies culture and synergy, prioritizing the nonprofits in which we serve. Acutedge is a good fit for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoys a challenge, likes to have fun, and desires growth personally and professionally. If time management and teamwork are not strengths of yours, this will not be the right work environment.

Cons

At this time I cannot name any cons.

Pros

Small company so you get to know everyone quickly. Flexible work from home/remote options.

Cons

They will lure you in with the promise of growth and opportunity, but it is a lie!! Lack of professionalism from management, lack of applicable work, lack of direction/vision for the company, high turn over rate of employees, lack of experience of employees in Salesforce (management doesn't even seem to be very knowledgeable which leads to excess confusion on the customer side), process for transitioning work from the Sales team to the Delivery team leads to stress, confusion, and missed requirements. Management is more focused on "making sales" than actually putting out good products and satisfying their customers.
