Nothing. Employees doesn't have any pros by working here. Doesn't even add value to your resume.
Cons
Management too bad. Making money by using hard working employees as slaves and instead doesn't provide proper increments to those who really work. No value for talented people. Only the relatives of director are given more value and only they could sustain without even doing any work. Need to take approval from HR even for our leaves. No freedom to use our own leaves atleast. Doesn't approve WFH even in any emergency situations. Some of the managers are too worst those don't even have any knowledge on software and those people review us. Managers give more positive reviews to those who praises them even though they aren't talented. Please don't waste your time by joining this company.
