Sometimes leads aren't qualified, but they're actively fixing that and it has gotten much better.

Getting to work in a collaborative environment at a growing company with a solid team. Supporting many clients in different industries to help them find the best solution. Executives are open to feedback that supports our clients best and support their employees.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, just have to be adaptable as things can shift and you have to be willing to learn and be flexible.
