- Location is awesome (free gym and great facilities) - Ability to learn across all channels of digital marketing - Lots of learning opportunities, with a fast growing team in AU - Ability to input on bigger ideas, work with big clients and spends - The in house team work together well - Lots of culture benefits (e.g. planned activities, padel each week) - WFH Monday and Friday is huge for work life balance - Understanding workplace, that encourage honesty
