Pros

Add3 had a team of people that genuinely tried to make the workplace better for the employees. However in the past few months they have made highly questionable changes.

Cons

I had the opportunity to work at Add3, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I feel compelled to share my thoughts to shed light on some concerning aspects that need improvement within the organization. One of the most glaring issues I observed during my time at Add3 was the lack of diversity. As a person of color, it was disheartening to see no representation among the company's workforce. The absence of people from diverse backgrounds not only undermines the value of different perspectives but also perpetuates an environment that is not inclusive or equitable. A more diverse and inclusive workplace would undoubtedly contribute to a richer and more dynamic culture. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of respect for boundaries within the company. Lines were frequently crossed, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. This disregard for personal boundaries not only affected employee morale but also hindered productivity and collaboration. Establishing clear guidelines and promoting a culture of respect would greatly benefit the overall work environment. Another area of concern was the lack of alignment among the C-level executives. It was evident that there was a disconnect in vision and direction, which created confusion and inefficiencies throughout the organization. Without cohesive leadership, decision-making became inconsistent, and it was challenging to understand the company's overarching goals. A stronger emphasis on effective communication and leadership alignment would greatly enhance the overall performance and success of the company. In conclusion, my experience at Add3 was disappointing due to the absence of diversity, the disregard for boundaries, and the lack of alignment among C-level executives. I believe addressing these issues would significantly improve the company's culture, employee satisfaction, and overall success. I hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for Add3 to reflect and take meaningful action towards creating a more inclusive and cohesive workplace. Please note that this review is based solely on my personal experience and perspective during my time at Add3. Others may have had different experiences.

Bro Agency

Pros

Well located, and they provide a free lunch.

Cons

Entirely male-led org, there are 1 or 0 women in any position above mid-level. There were no openly queer or black employees out of 50 when I worked there. The employee turnover is also a serious issue, nearly everyone I worked with left within a year of my joining. Add3 initially seems like a fun place to work, but the environment is very college-dude-bro despite the fact that the owners are in their late forties. I don't see any of this changing unless the ownership completely changes. I would not recommend to any female, poc or queer friend to work there. It was frankly uncomfortable.
