      Discouraging management style while they think they are fantastic

      Pros

      Salary on time but no bonus for contract staff, Factor into your salary already. Give you ang bao during CNY. Budget overseas trip yearly, better than nothing. 14 days leave, normal employee benefit.

      Cons

      Typical management to squeeze and make use of salary paid Hypocrite in top management. Constantly shouting and scolding at employee in office in front of others. One way communication from the top management, Always think they are right. No career development given, No personal development provided. Super high turnover, especially in the HR department, Engineer are being squeeze super hard, non stop OT.

      Friendly colleague I have ever met.

      Probably small company that do not know how to delegate task and manage the company properly. Best advice is to never get down directly to your employee. Please think thrice before joining.

      Thank you for your review. We are equally concerned if the turnover rate is high. And actively sought to improve the work processes and environment to improve our staff satisfaction. Overtime work are now reduced and if required are paid. Ultimately, we will focus our staff on meaningful work that create more satisfaction and value for everyone.

      Boss is trigger happy. High turnover rate. Extremely long working hours plus indecisive management.

      Thank you for your advice on work arrangement. We usually leave work management to manager’s discretion. There could be instances whereby close monitoring is required especially for new staff. But overall, we do manage by objective.
