A torturous experience

Pros

Pay on the higher end of the scale- but in the end the employee is the one that pays. No amount of money will change the toxicity of the environment.

Cons

This is a dictatorship. There is no trust. Attendance is taken daily. Staff is constantly turning over. No teamwork, no collaborative structure. A room full of freelancers they call staff. No vision short or long term. All about making money. High stress. Short staffed. Short sighted. Contradictory. Some of the work is good but these accounts are reserved for star staffers and the process is fraught with unnecessary drama. Toxic environment. No perks whatsoever. An archaic company. Know what you're getting into before accepting a job here.
