Weekly staff meeting, gym and benefits package.

Cons

While continuing to hire temporary employees, ECCU laid off employees who have worked for years with the Credit Union, have perfect reviews and worked well with members. Before layoffs, management said they would keep staff they could utilize in other areas of the credit union but didn't do as they said when layoffs happened. It is not the christian utopia people may think.

Cons

Management makes a lot of monsey while trying to convince you that it is ok to make less than your peers in the industry. They consistently promote the wrong people. This place is nicro-management central.
