Pros

Innovative company with dedicated and intelligent employees.

Cons

There is an expectation that people should be willing and happy to work from 7 AM to 10 PM daily. You will get called to account if you haven’t responded to slack messages within minutes no matter what time of the day the message was posted. You are expected to check messages on weekends and vacation days as well. Tasks are micro-managed. Only 10 vacation days (and they track them) and none of the overtime work is considered as needing additional time off. Workloads are oppressive. High turnover rate.

Pros

Can't think of anything noteworthy.

Cons

Burnout Culture - You will easily find a lot of staff signing on at 7am and working to 10pm daily (weekends included), Micromanagement - Too much to list, but one of note is that there is a Slack channel dedicated for notifying everyone when you are away from keyboard. Benefits - No company contribution for spouses/children medical/dental. Expect to pay high costs for doctor visits. No 401K match. 10 vacation days per year (and you will be asked if plan on working on your days off). Bonuses - What you sign up for is not what materializes. Tech - Brittle and unstable.
