Definitely better jobs out there - This is not the best place to work especially for people of a non-white background. I've never seen a company with such a lack of diversity before - it's shocking. There's a lot of sneaky reporting going on, which makes it hard to trust your coworkers. Some people act nice to your face but talk behind your back to the managers.
The training here is really lacking. When I first started, I had nothing to do for two months, so my learning was really slow. They used that against me, saying I still needed a lot of support from others, which I didn't realise was a negative until they pointed it out. Training is not sufficient for you to learn and they rely on you to self- teach everything. They're always comparing you to other colleagues, even though everyone grows at their own pace.
Managers judge you based on what others say, not on what you actually do. Your growth is dependent on your Manager. And if you're not liked then they will work as a team to make sure you're out. All besides not paying you well. Not worth it- look for other jobs.
