      First job but also the job that i have love-hate relationship with

      Pros

      - pretty close to where i live - the team i'm in was pretty supportive and easy to talk with - the workplace is pretty homey - the only thing i can give a thumbs up is only my teammates and my team leader - a good choice to start on building the career ladder

      Cons

      - questionable management - constantly hiring interns but never actually invest on proper employees - had an awful experience with the men in the workplace, getting the trauma i didn't sign up for - no operational hours tbh, feels like need to standby 24/7

      - The Knowledge Given by this company for learning is a lot. - Social Life is very enjoyable - Good For Learning

      Cons

      - Too Many Workload - Go home very late is considered usual - Bad Work Life Balance - Too many intern with few senior developer - The Job description is not match with the real job, many times we need to be work as 1 level above the current job level but with the same title and payroll as the current level. - overtime is considered usual things here - overtime payment is very low
