Pros

Pros: I worked at Adit as a DevOps Engineer for 3 years. One thing I appreciated most was the opportunity to learn and work with new technologies. I had the freedom to explore new ideas and implement them in my projects. The products were interesting, and there was always something new to learn. The work could be challenging at times, especially when handling complex projects and tight deadlines, but it helped me develop my skills and grow professionally. The company also offered flexible working hours and a fair leave policy, including leave encashment. The hiring process was very smooth and quick. My entire recruitment process was completed within 3 days. The HR team was approachable and responsive, providing timely support and quick resolutions whenever needed.

Cons

It would be great to have more in-person meetups or team gatherings to build stronger connections and get to know colleagues better.

Pros

There is nothing good about this junk of company even trash can be some use but this organisation is worst than trash its a waste which can not be processed

Cons

This company CEO is a fool, he has no ethics or culture he brags about telling he gave his life to build this organisation but i guess this guy means to say to torture people by faking about the company culture. See they will make you feel that they will give remote job which is were most of you will fall, but this is were things will start to get worse when you get to know about the terms and condition you have to adhere too. They will say your work will be monitored ever 3 minutes with a ScreenShotMonitoring tool which is ridiculous, that tool takes photos ever 3 mins and give you activity rate out of 100 as what you are doing, which makes no sense when you don't trust your employer why even give remote ? In simple words its like you are asked to write 200 lines of code but you come up with a 50 line code which is more effective but management is like no we want 200 lines to see how good you code I guess this organisation don't know the term called efficiency . Now coming to the job role - the HR of this Organisation and Talent Acquisition team does not know to write business requirements to full-fill a job its all rigged up with false Job Description, They say you will do Technical Onboarding but you are asked to onboard people and explain the features and reply to mail, its like you buy a TV and the TV is delivered to your place and the service guy comes and installs the TV and explain that feature, that is what you will doing nothing tech onboarding and their SaaS product is not upto the mark its just simple nothing great or you can add when you making a switch. This is just not the worst part one fine day the HR will come and say we have decided to let go you and not even tell you the reason and this so called organisation does not even provide you the laptop, when asked they will say you need to drop a Cheque for security reason even start up will not do that but this stupid company does. (as if they will give a MAC worth 1 l ) The border line is that they micromanage to the core and your pay is calculated on the SSM tool and you dont clock the required time for the job you loose pay and uniformed leaves will cost you 1.5x the pay. They micro manage to the core where you will get fustrated and there is no proper vission of this company to lift its employees they are worse
