The middle level management is not good, politically driven and focus majorly on clerical work, sheet after sheets and not sales. In the end if you fail to achieve your target it all falls on your head, there is no work life balance.
The manager is very dominating, the domination is so high that you cannot communicate within company without her consent, Its a horrible team to work, the manager has no basic business sense or strategy just include partnership team in every job, all rewards and blessings is always given to APAC and not to India, she does not understand the regional or product challenges, moreover she is pro management.
The manager keeps on delivering different narrative to make you against team.
The higher management dose not speak to people on ground and you cannot communicate with them directly, old force from India team are leaving job or their motivation level is down because of middle level management.
