Worst ever management, they are thinking engineer as a machine not humans, they don't know how to manage engineers, no leaves and continue travel, if you joined here you need to leave your house, management wants work first family next, if your interested site if anything happens to your family they don't care they need to complete the work, after work complete you need to travel to home, unprofessional HOD, without service knowledge person are running the customer service team, company SLA need to reach them engineer will travel without leaves and without seeing family persons, no benefits for filed engineers, every benefits will collect by who sits in the office, you need to work hard only they will never suggest smart work, if you worked as a smart work they will say why you can't work hard.
