As a contracted employee you will get two fifths of what the company is actually paying for you to be there. However, after day two, you will be expected to do the same amount of work as salaried employees because you are expected to be working 24/7 and absorb everything in a matter of a few hours. Management has no understanding of what work/life balance is. If you are looking for vacations, you are considered lazy. Even though I was still in school when I worked here, I was still expected to out all my time into this position. Oh and there is absolutely no set training program/strategy here. It's hard to sum up everything wrong with this companies issues with employment, and I feel like I'm bouncing around in this review, but honestly that is how you will feel after your third day working here.
