      Old tech, difficult politics

      Pros

      Onsite remodeling is welcomed and mostly good.

      Cons

      Merit/achievements often trivialized, management taking credit. Separate projects often duplicated the same work with little to no coordination. Poor documentation and engineering development process.

      We have to be our own advocate for career advancement . Salary level is comparatively low.
