Pros

Very honest and hardworking people. Fairly new company that strives to be flawless. Most of your work can be done independently.

Cons

The company is based in Arizona, which makes cooperative work slightly more difficult for the San Diego team to deal with dispatch remotely.

Pros

They was nothing that they actually came through with. It sounded like they had some really big pros but I personally didn't get to see any.

Cons

I decided to work for this company and it couldn't have been a bigger waste of time. They literally lied to me about the amenities that would be available and generally the way the jobs works until I was hired. Upon training they tell you well its no longer 8-10 its more like 11-13, well your route area isn't actually 5 to 20 miles from your house it's 60+ with your own truck or van, but don't worry they offer fuel reimbursement, at 1$ per house you go to on your route but only once you are on your route. They tell you this amazing training that you are going to get is so good that once you certify you cannot leave the company for ninety days and if so you will be charged 2000$. The tools they want you to have by end of a few weeks are about 400$ to 500$ altogether and that's not counting their specialized tools you are buying which will come out of your pay in three weeks. That is the only part they tell you. That's what they say is only there but unfortunately they also have it so they do not need to pay you for any training time spent if you decide to quit in the training, So I joined this company that had big promises expecting to have the situation change but after three days of six hour trainings, and a new trainer each day that had no idea about your concerns from the last day, and them continuously changing their own promises of amazing services to me I decided this job was not for me with all of the new added in details that seemed to be a normal thing each day and the lingering obligation of at least ninety days of field work once I've completed the training or suffer a huge fine. Unfortunately the 18 hours I had spent with them was for nothing then. The 246 miles I spent driving there for interviews and training were literally no reason at all. Just drove to a place to be lied about how great they were being for you. I was not going to be paid the 80 dollars a day they said. Their way of handling my question of payment was to tell me "Please print him a copy of what he signed and understood." when I clearly did not understand because they never dared bring it up for their scheme of a system. They tricked me because I had taken their word when I asked for clarification on the whole thing in the 6 hour day of videos and paperwork. They purposely do this to people and make it a point not to pay you if you decide you can't work there it's not right.
