Insane Employee Turnover Tells the Truth

Pros

Just look at their employee turnover data from the last few years, and you’ll not even think of working here or looking for positives.

Cons

The employee turnover is ridiculously high. Who gets the blame? The arrogant leadership. They are clueless about how to lead and retain employees. Their poor attitude leads to a higher number of people quitting than those staying. Avoid working here if you are smart.

I could not find a single real benefit here. The dishonesty and shady conduct made it impossible to stay.

Cons

Those in charge were cruel, manipulative, and completely untrustworthy. Compensation promises were fabricated to lure candidates, only for the truth to be revealed later. The environment was poisonous, and staying any longer would have been unbearable.

Whatever pros there are here don't make up for the endless number of problems working here comes with.

Cons

Leadership have huge egos. They're unprofessional, hostile, and incredibly toxic. They think that they're right and everyone else is always wrong. They dismiss feedback, suggestions, etc., and take it personally if you have an opinion different from what they want. Expectations set by them are unreasonable, and they couldn't care less about employee wellbeing. Unless you want to be miserable, stay away.
