Pros
APCO has some of the best engineers I have ever met. They are careful with who they hire. Everyone is very good at what they do and good to work with. Management trusts their employees and lets them do their work without micromanagement. They care about their employees and treat them like family. They want win-win relationships with their employees and their clients. What management says, they actually do.
Cons
Management is spread a little thin.
