      Low pay. Dificult work environment. Dirty work environment. Your quailifications dont matter if you are not Chinese.

      Employees are good, problem is with management. And there's good air conditioning.

      Horrible experience. Poor management. Lots of reliance on nepotism and connections, and significantly less emphasis on merit.
