Pros

Time flies with calls that come back to back. You get 1 free soda per day with a "county" lunch meal

Cons

Expectations for the babysitting pay is unrealistic Only (2) 15 minute breaks per 8 hour shift. (time permitting). Air Conditioning set high like you work at a meat packing plant. "You" have to purchase your own headset to work there est. $50 (Isn't that the purpose of a job)

Pros

NONE, there is much better out there.

Cons

They treat their employees with no respect, fire and hire all the time. They are only worried about numbers and call times, horrible customer service. Do not care about the customer and make your job harder. Supervisors have do not know what they are doing! Work hard and it is never hard enough, they yell at you scare you and treat you with no respect. They sell their customers BETA software that they know is horrible and crashes pc's. SCAM company, dont work here or become a customer to them! I regret my time here... who wants a job where they have fear everyday about keeping their job no matter how good they do! Who wants to be yelled at like a child and ignored! As a tech person my education and knowledge can be successful elsewhere. One day without warning or notice they fired over 30 people on 2 shifts... people with families and people who gave their all... no reason! just because THEY SAID SO.

Pros

Close to home. Good air conditioning. Clean work environment and generally nice people. Excellent training. Good parking. Simple concept executed with continuous support and monitoring by QA.

Cons

I felt "dirty" when I left at the end of my shift having taken money from the uniformed, elderly or infirm. To make the minimum salary expected, most staff have to work overtime which must be approved by the manager who also benefits. This promotes inconsistencies in management involvement.
