      Continuous learning is encouraged and training is is provided Employees are allowed to explore different roles and technologies Leadership style is open, supportive and respectful of employee needs

      All the red tape that comes along with being owned by a very large international company

      Pros

      Good place to learn QTC, especially if you're new to consulting. Overall it's a good consulting company to start your career at. The employees are all friendly, and the culture is collaborative.

      Cons

      Not the right fit for experienced hires. Most leadership positions are based out of middle of no where Missoula, Montana. Experienced hires are treated like workhorses and their experience is not properly utilized. Leadership at ATG is pretty inexperienced, and most of the consultants at ATG have 1-2 years of experience. This is no where near the years of experience that are marketed by ATG. So, if you're an experienced hire there is not much room for career growth - since technical growth can be attained at any consulting firm. Be ready to teach your team members and hold their hands.

      Pros

      Clients are interesting and they cover a variety of industries. The methodology used is well defined and comprehensive. Training is a plus.

      Cons

      They utilize a large number of junior people and some management personnel have large egos. I do not think they staff their engagements properly which leads to pressure on the team to solve issues with the clients.
