      Nothing stand out yet. Everything seems to be the same as working with my previous company. Typical consultant work and projects.

      Cons

      Larger seems less organized in HR that the startup that it acquired. Promotion came with no salary increase. Org structure seems to make certain segments disconnected from eachother. No clear elevation structure for technical resources passed principal
