      Working at ATG is challenging, fulfilling, and exciting. The people you work with are some of the most talented people in the consulting industry, and everyone is willing to lend a hand to newcomers. Growing partnerships with leading cloud-based software vendors means consistent revenue streams and positive outlooks for the company. The company places a lot of value on its employees, and employees are regularly asked for feedback for improving the company and their career paths.

      Cons

      Billable work is king, and sometimes, that means that important internal projects fall by the wayside. There are culture differences between the corporate organization and the Missoula Solutions Center that cause frustration for employees.
