Great company to be a part of. The culture to grow and learn more everyday is why I am still telling my friends it is the best company to work for. The leadership that drives this company is one I have never seen or be a part of before, and that drives me to work harder and learn ever more from the leader. It has now been almost three years since I was hired and it has been the best company, leadership and team I ever been a part of. It has always been positivity and how the leadership team willingness to make sure all employees have the right tools to do their jobs to the best of their ability. Friday's are my favourite. Our Lunch "N" Learn is awesome. Yes we get a learn on new products, or just sharing about whatever we decide, while eating lunch, which is free courtesy of Advantidge.

Cons

We could have more team building exercises, meaning getting more involved in charities and doing our part as a company

Awesome dynamic among team members who support and motivate each other to be the best versions of themselves everyday. Everyone does their part and contributes to the success of our company. For the first time in my professional career, the job description matched my expectations. I am happy about how much I have grown in my time here and am excited about the future!

Cons

I will say that if you do not have a great work ethic, a desire to succeed and motivation/ accountability to get things done, this is not the place for you.

Pros

The owner is very hands-on and has the attitude that no job is too small for him. He stays actively involved and offers a helping hand when needed.

Cons

Sometimes, having 7 people in one room with 7 different personalities is a lot to take in.
