      Pros

      Pay, Work Life Balance, Friends, Tools, and a place for advancement. Easy company to work for and move your career.

      Cons

      Time to work, new structure that needed to happen and we are now on the right road with great people.

      Pros

      People middle management and below are pretty nice. Most are good at what they do.

      Cons

      Zero passion or culture. Lower than average salary. Carrot or the stick management mentality. Old company rules. CEO "managed" the east coast company from his home in San Francisco and was a bozo. He's gone now though.
