      - Unsupervised work flow - Able to work at your own speed to accomplish tasks

      Cons

      - was left as the only person to work location for 6 months - company is responsible for mutilation of a finger (lack of help and communication from management) - unresponsive management - low-pay - no commission opportunities - was unable to get promoted after proving my ability to do position (singlehandedly when usually double staffed) so no upward mobility
