      Nothing is a pros here all are cons

      Fake Promises they have one client. They will fire any time They will not give salary on time. They will not tell you the contract period that they have. They will mention service based company as a product based company. They are so so fake people.

      Nothing apart from the Good team bonding

      Cons

      Salary not on time, Rude Management, Doesn't know how to talk to Employees and thinks that employees are purchased and should do all the tasks of the office no matter whether it is related to their actual responsibilities or no. No proper common sense of how and when to talk and with who. They call themselves ex employees of TCS and so on - maybe that is why they are Ex Employees.
