Toxic unfriendly senior management

Cons
No real premises to work out of, no branding or marketing to help you. Senior management are arrogant and rude and unfriendly and do not appreciate or rate the role of an adviser. The investment solutions are off the shelf model portfolios that are mostly foreign investments and so foreign fund investment tax is required to be paid. The role of the adviser has been watered down and really has no influence and freedom of thought and individualism has completely been taken away from any adviser. Clients paying high fees for no real benefit as the advisers input is minimal now. The business every year has far more money leaking out the back door than coming in and it’s in biblical proportions so there is always a feeling failure and disappointment, even when an adviser does something spectacular, example $1 mil deal comes in $2,5 mil goes out !!!
