Pros

Owner is a very humble and good person. Provides PFA and other facilities. 5 days working. The working environment is good no such restrictions.

Cons

HR is very rude, the other team members are also not very supportive. No training or guidance is provided, they expect you to do each and everything without even make you understand the work properly. Hierarchy system is very powerful, seniors are there who exploits juniors especially the new joiners. All the seniors continuously do buttering and flattering of the owner.

Pros

I worked with afaqs! for 2.5 years, and honestly, it never felt like work. The atmosphere is incredibly supportive and gives you the space to learn, grow, and truly get better at what you do. I started my journey as a Content Executive, where my role mainly involved uploading press releases. Over time, I moved into a Correspondent role, thanks to an editor who saw potential in me and gave me the opportunity to prove myself. Those 2.5 years were filled with learning, growth, and some truly great memories. I’ll always be grateful for the experience and the people at afaqs!
