I can't say it's the most ideal company to work for, because there is definitely room for improvement. Here are the cons.
- The recent shifts in managements has confused many employees and some are not used to working under different management.
- There is a high turnover rate. Most people work for a few years to get experience and make the decision to move on. Which isn't necessarily bad.
- Entry Level salaries are actually really low. Most positions in Operations start at 35-38k unless you are experienced. Can't expect to earn six figures unless you're a VP.
- Some of the top executives are indeed idiots and stuck up. But most companies have this issue so this isn't new.
