Pros

In 8 years, I've been promoted 6 times from intern to Director - a testament to the company's commitment to internal growth and recognizing talent. The leadership genuinely invests in employee development and provides clear pathways for advancement. Recognition Culture: The company has a strong recognition program through Center of Excellence Award in Product/Engineering and nominating employees for Industry Honors for everything from Technology, Sales and Operations to Business Administration. Merit and hard work are genuinely rewarded. Cutting-Edge Technology: Working with big data, AI/ML, and predictive analytics keeps you at the forefront of technology. I've had opportunities to work with clean room technologies for consumer identity resolution and matching. Management trusts you to "get it done" and provides the autonomy to innovate. The company encourages innovation so much that employees have filed patents for solving complex problems in innovative ways - showing the caliber of work and the company's support for intellectual property development. Flexible and Supportive Environment: Management trusts you to "get it done" and provides the autonomy to innovate. I've been able to make processes 10x scalable and 8x faster through optimization initiatives. Since COVID, the company has embraced remote work and implemented "Work Life Balance Days" - giving us an additional 4-6 long weekends throughout the year. This shows genuine commitment to work-life balance and employee wellbeing. Exceptional Employee Care: What truly sets this company apart is the genuine, personal care our leadership shows during crises. When Hurricane Ida hit, our CEO sent a heartfelt company-wide email sharing his own flood damage experience and proactively offering cash advances to help bridge the gap while employees wait for insurance or FEMA reimbursements. He also encouraged flexible time off and community volunteering. This wasn't corporate PR - it was authentic, personal outreach from leadership who truly understands what employees are going through and is ready to provide real financial support when disasters strike.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: The rapid growth and high-impact work can be demanding. You need to be comfortable with quick decision-making and managing multiple priorities. Complex Data Challenges: Working with consumer data and identity resolution requires constant learning and adaptation to new regulations and privacy requirements. P

Pros

If there were some I would mention them.

Cons

About as bad a company culture as you'll find in some areas of this business. Management is horrific. Leadership is lost.

Pros

I quickly learned the org I was hired into created a great work culture. And that can only be set from the top down. The culture encouraged collaborative approach to tackling issues, transparency in communication, individual career development, and sharing the knowledge gained amongst work peers. Work/life balance is great as well.

Cons

This is a fast evolving industry which can be stressful at times.

Pros

Ability to work from home , only Pro! This company is one of the most poorly run organizations I’ve ever encountered in my career. After spending over 5 years here in a senior role, I can honestly say things have only gotten worse — not better — over time. Leadership is absolutely directionless. There is zero strategy, no product roadmap, and no understanding of the market. Products are built every year without a shred of research or validation. It feels like decisions are made based on ego or impulse rather than data, logic, or customer need. Unsurprisingly, these products flop — and employees are the ones left cleaning up the mess.

Cons

The handling of layoffs was disgraceful. Leadership warned employees layoffs were coming early in the year — then dragged their feet until the end of the year, giving people no time to prepare, plan, or look elsewhere. The process was chaotic, with no transparency or fairness. Critical support roles were cut first, while an overstaffed sales team — where it takes 10 people to close a single deal — remained mostly untouched. There’s no training, no onboarding, and no communication of what the company even stands for or hopes to achieve. New hires are thrown into the fire with no support, and employees are left guessing about their roles, goals, or priorities. Pay is below industry standards, and there is no investment in people or career development. There’s no company culture to speak of — no team-building, no recognition, no sense of community. It’s a cold, transactional environment where people are treated as disposable. To make matters worse, leadership wastes absurd amounts of money on executive dinners and flashy events — even while cutting staff. The priorities are completely backwards. If you're considering working here, do yourself a favor and don’t. There is no vision, no accountability, and no future. This is not a company that supports its people — it uses them, burns them out, and moves on.
