Pros

None as you'll only slowly burn out.

Cons

It's not too late to leave this place. It's better if you walk away from Affinity Solutions because you won't have any future in this company. There are very limited opportunities for advancement, and they're much more difficult to come by since the management doesn't provide adequate training and support to the employees.

Pros

The role of a Data Analyst Intern at Affinity Solutions comes with a lot of positives including a team-oriented work environment with intelligent and forward-thinking colleagues resulting in a great learning experience. On the job development where you will work on projects that will build your analysis skills and help achieve company objectives. An interactive and lively work culture with fun activities happening from time to time to keep the environment exciting and fresh. Furthermore, by working with Affinity Solutions, you can take part in giving back to the community through charity, advocating the support of worthwhile charities. Comprehensive training and mentorship are available — the Company invests in your growth in order to maintain a realistic work-life balance so you are efficient both at work and at home

Cons

The experience of Interning at Affinity Solutions is rewarding in many ways, However there are challenges as well which can be embraced as an opportunity to learn and grow. The pace can sometimes be grueling, but overall it forces you to strengthen your multitasking and time-management skills. Though the complexity of projects can be intimidating at first, this exposure builds advanced problem-solving skills and deepens your intuition of the field of data analytics. These may seem like high bars — and they are — but high expectations are bred from the talented teams who seek to be excellent and continuously improving. Some of these challenges may be tough to handle but in the end, they assist in building you as a professional and help in your preparation for future career steps.

Pros

I’m very happy to be here. I’m learning a lot, the people are great, and the company has a strong vision. I saw some negative postings, and can only assume they’re from disgruntled former managers who were let go because of all the negativity they created at the company. Good riddance. Management cares a lot about the people here and their success.

Cons

I’d like to see more formal training programs, especially for new employees.

Pros

Working remote (even pre-pandemic period) anywhere in the US and flexible hours. High performers are recognized and promoted. Upper management (Technology group specifically) supports personal challenges - I have had several personal situations and life events supported by my upper managers Company bringing diversity and minority inclusion awareness through staff training. Friendly environment.

Cons

Cannot work remotely outside of country due to data security concerns/ policy. Promotions should be more consistent across organization.

Pros

-Casual Dress -Unlimited Vaca Days after 1 year (approval from manager required) -Free water and pens for all employees

Cons

- Absolutely horrible management and executives, minus one good guy. - Unorganized and unfocused employees who lack training and at times common sense. - Terrible technology...Absolutely everything breaks down always. - Blame gets passed around like a hot potato. - Endless meetings - Employees come and go constantly because they realize they are either to smart to stay on a sinking ship. - Salaries are a joke. - No path for growth unless you are connected to the hip of a certain executive overlord. - No bonus and getting a deserved raise for hard work is like jumping the White House fence and getting in the building (one guy did it) <- unless you are upper management.

Pros

Ability to work from home , only Pro! This company is one of the most poorly run organizations I’ve ever encountered in my career. After spending over 5 years here in a senior role, I can honestly say things have only gotten worse — not better — over time. Leadership is absolutely directionless. There is zero strategy, no product roadmap, and no understanding of the market. Products are built every year without a shred of research or validation. It feels like decisions are made based on ego or impulse rather than data, logic, or customer need. Unsurprisingly, these products flop — and employees are the ones left cleaning up the mess.

Cons

The handling of layoffs was disgraceful. Leadership warned employees layoffs were coming early in the year — then dragged their feet until the end of the year, giving people no time to prepare, plan, or look elsewhere. The process was chaotic, with no transparency or fairness. Critical support roles were cut first, while an overstaffed sales team — where it takes 10 people to close a single deal — remained mostly untouched. There’s no training, no onboarding, and no communication of what the company even stands for or hopes to achieve. New hires are thrown into the fire with no support, and employees are left guessing about their roles, goals, or priorities. Pay is below industry standards, and there is no investment in people or career development. There’s no company culture to speak of — no team-building, no recognition, no sense of community. It’s a cold, transactional environment where people are treated as disposable. To make matters worse, leadership wastes absurd amounts of money on executive dinners and flashy events — even while cutting staff. The priorities are completely backwards. If you're considering working here, do yourself a favor and don’t. There is no vision, no accountability, and no future. This is not a company that supports its people — it uses them, burns them out, and moves on.
