Pros

Department Lead tries to create open, friendly environment. Is easily accessible to talk to and will work with your schedule.

Cons

Allowed a senior Help Desk employee to create a toxic workplace which was allowed to fester and grow despite numerous employee complaints. The toxic "senior" agent was kept on staff for several more months until overall cuts resulted in general terminations, despite continuous employee complaints to HR and Management.
