Not what they seem to be

Pros

Most of the employees at Afidence are good people.

Cons

The culture boasted about in marketing material, is not who they truly are. They claim to be christian based, building into people, trust worthy. However, they allow management to treat employees poorly. Rather than seeing mistakes as opportunities to build into employees, they use them to disparage and belittle employees.

They present a good face

Pros

Fast paced environment. Good coworkers in the field staff.

Cons

Front office workers are more likely to stab you in the back than help you or talk to you. Management does not care about their employees. They talk a good game but that does not show up in actually how they run the business. They say that they are a “family” and have good company culture, but this is all smoke and mirrors. They do not really care about their employees.

Pros

Monthly "all-hands" meetings Regular one-on-one meetings with peers, BDMs & owners Engaging assignments Wide range of industries & company sizes supported

Cons

The only downside to working with Afidence, and it is no fault of its own, was that the assignments were over an hour commute away
