Pros

- On-site gym. But that's more on an amenity of Canyon Park.

Cons

- Toxic & Oppositional Leadership Team. (Preferential treatment, lack of communication, fear-based leadership, business-centric, refusal to make meaningful and appropriate accommodations, heartless.) - Micromanaging Leadership. Very apparent lack of trust. - Toxic Company Culture. (Gossiping is a huge problem, backbiting, competition, etc.) - Intentionally vague and ambiguous role & responsibilities. Designed so that leadership can define and redefine job responsibilities without the need to adjust compensation, titles or benefits. When not conforming, they will manage you out. - Inequitable Distribution of Job Duties. (Preferential treatment, lack of uniform structure for care team roles and assignments, etc.) - Lack of Leadership Accountability. (Consequences are always beneath leaderahip. They never apologize or admit to individual failures or mistreatment. Punishment is always meted out harshly. When performance and culture issues are voiced to Leadership, they also refuse to address them.) - Unreliable Training Resources. (Resource database is consistently out of date, missing information, or contains bad info.) - Team is constantly overworked and underappreciated. (Bonus structure is paid monthly, but the goals are different every month. In some cases the bonuses were never paid.) - Lack of career growth. ((Leadership touts that there are career paths for every role. However, promotions only occur when others quit or are terminated. This means most promotions are given to people with no true experience. In some cases, paths to promotion were promised but never fulfilled.) - Basic Neglect (Leadership Team commonly rejects proposals from the team for no valid reason. In some cases, employees were told their ideas would never lead to changes made.) - The list goes on...

Pros

Weekly lunch, snacks, good co-workers

Cons

You will be OVERWORKED! They expect you to pick up the slack for poor management. They will make you figure out their broken processes, and then they will not listen to your advice when you tell them their is an issue. Management has no clue what they are doing. They operate on a try it and see what happens mentality and let go of their employees without notice for “profitability”. No they will not hire more employees either when they do this, you will pick up the slack for them. Been a start up for 5 years and still don’t know how to do basic processes properly.

Pros

There is an onsite gym.

Cons

The interview process took over a month, the changes in management during my time there led to almost the entire team either quitting or getting fired, industry partners and other government offices we worked with did not like working with us, and there were times where I would work a full week and then have to do a mandatory 12 hour shift on the weekend because the other department had people out sick and there was no contingency plans for what to do when that happens. People were fired for voicing legitimate concerns. Others were fired because they weren’t ’yes men’ like leadership and didn’t fit in with their clique. There is limited training resources and next to no upward growth. A handful of my colleagues cried in their cars either before or after (and sometimes during) their shift because of frustrations with leadership. I watched senior level employees who had been with the company for a long time quit because of management’s decision making. I wouldn’t recommend working here if you want to have a good work/life balance.
