A few cons that I see are that even though you wear a decent amount of hats you get somewhat pigeonholed into a certain role and it is tough to grow out of that role. This is not the type of company that you stay at if you want to keep growing your career.

There is no "training program" Very much so a job in which you must learn on your own. I wouldn't say this is a "con" however, a new employee might feel like they are thrown into the fire a bit early on. I can say in this business, learning by doing is the only way to actually understand. You have all of the resources to be successful, but success is not going to be just handed to you when you walk in the front door.
