Freedom to work as per your interest Ground-level exposure work-life balance is excellent

Cons

Poor quality of hiring people at the ground-level. Excessive politics- though very higher up people know about it- no action is taken.

It is good place to explore new ideas and work to create a new pilot. I personally was given an opportunity to have complete autonomy of the team.

Cons

A feel of corporate culture has seemed in organisation. It is more financial driven and favourtism is practised that robes it from the values of the NGO.
