Unfortunately during my time upper management made a really bad hiring decision to invest in a CMO that was horrible. He ruined the culture, the fun, and the heart of why I chose to work here. It become a content factory of being micro-managed. The turnover started to happen immediately, either with people that were hired/fired in short order, or even for the mature members of the team. This lead to several people across the business leaving due to Jacob.
It's sad to see such an awesome team & brand get hurt by one hiring choice. But the senior leadership team decided to keep their new CMO as opposed to listen to what their team was saying.
