Unfortunately during my time upper management made a really bad hiring decision to invest in a CMO that was horrible. He ruined the culture, the fun, and the heart of why I chose to work here. It become a content factory of being micro-managed. The turnover started to happen immediately, either with people that were hired/fired in short order, or even for the mature members of the team. This lead to several people across the business leaving due to Jacob. It's sad to see such an awesome team & brand get hurt by one hiring choice. But the senior leadership team decided to keep their new CMO as opposed to listen to what their team was saying.

They actually sniped me away from a previous position due to offering almost double the salary but that's where the good stopped. They have essentially no onboarding process or documentation. Their testing environments are back and there's no UAT or seemingly QA leading to tons of broken deploys and rollbacks; There were more emergency rollbacks and fixes here in 2 months then I saw in 10 years at my last company. There also aren't any really clear guidelines or direction from management; essentially hope you're meeting your quotas or you could get fired out of nowhere with no warning. They also expect you to essentially be available on slack 24/7 as god forbid if you get a slack message from the CTO at 11 PM on a Saturday and don't respond within 20 minutes, usually due to someone randomly deploying bad code due to the afor mentioned no QA. Overall just a very hectic; bad work environment.
