Pros

Obviously, the biggest perk is being able to work from home (even in your pj's if you prefer that). I have been in the web design industry for over 10 years and AgentFire definitely has something special. For one, the team is 100% committed to the client's success and to growing AgentFire to be the best real estate website platform on the web. Second, everyone at AgentFire quickly becomes like family. Everyone enjoys what they do and it shows. One of the biggest fears I had when starting with AgentFire is feeling alone or without help and I am glad to state that nothing could be further from the truth. Even with everyone working in different timezones, it all just works. Lastly, Nelson (CEO of AgentFire) is a stud! No one works harder on the team than he does which is a great quality to have in a boss. He genuinely cares for all the employees and strives to make the work experience as good as it can be. It's not too often that you can call your boss a great friend, but Nelson fits the bill. I could say a lot more great things about this company, but in a nut shell, AgentFire rocks!

Cons

Like others have said, everyone works in different timezones so you may have to wait a few hours to get a response to a question you have, but that should be understood with a remote team. Heck, I've worked for companies in their office and it taken longer to get an answer back, haha!

Pros

I loved working at this place. They have a cool team and offer a lot of freedom to work with your schedule and working remotely. If you are an up and coming WordPress guru looking for a decent remote position working with their customer page builder and some light front-end development this is the spot for you.

Cons

- Benefits could be better but they make up for it with the freedom and growth opportunities. If you do well you will advance.

Pros

Amazing group of people to work with. Fantastic work atmosphere.

Cons

We don't get to work in an office setting and see all of our co-workers!
