The owners at Aggieland Outfitters allow their employees to be successful by giving them the ability to experiment and try new things. Its a great workplace for self motivated people who work well with little supervision. The atmosphere around the office is normally happy, even when things are stressful people still seem to be enjoying there job.
Cons
If you like a very regimented work day, this place isn't for you. Meetings are always changing and there isn't a lot of direction from the top. If you aren't self motivated you'll quickly sink to the bottom and be pushed out of the company. A lot of very talented people who couldn't self manage haven't survived here.
